DAT has marked this incident as resolved. Emerge features that leverage DAT (ex. Rate Pulse, Autobook pricing, etc) are functioning as expected.

Investigating
We're aware of an outage affecting DAT, a third-party load board and market rate provider that several Emerge features rely on. This began at approximately 9:30am ET on 9/28/26. The problem is on DAT's side, and we are monitoring their progress closely.
While DAT is unavailable, you may experience the following:
- Rate Pulse: Rate Pulse market insights won't be available on quotes. - Autobook pricing: Autobook prices calculated from your floor and ceiling settings won't be generated, so loads won't be available to book instantly at an automated price. - Auto-awarding: Loads won't be awarded to carriers automatically. Bids will still come in and can be reviewed and awarded manually. - DAT load posting: New loads may not post to the DAT load board. Existing postings may not update or come down when a load is
